Finding the perfect gymnastics class for your student is an exciting step, but it can feel overwhelming with so many options. The good news? We’re here to help! Whether your student is new to gymnastics or already a budding athlete, we make the process simple and stress-free.

How to Get Started

2. Request an Evaluation: For those with experience or interest in advanced programs, schedule a quick evaluation with one of our coaches.

New to Gymnastics? Start with the Basics!

If your student is new to gymnastics, we’ve got the perfect classes to get them moving, learning, and having fun! Our foundational classes are designed for beginners, focusing on building confidence, coordination, and basic skills.

Beginner Classes

• Preschool Gymnastics: For kids walking through 5 years old, these classes are a playful introduction to movement and gymnastics fundamentals.
• Girls Gymnastics Level 1: Foundations: Perfect for girls aged 6+, this class introduces the basics of gymnastics, including bars, beam, vault, and floor events.
• Boys Gymnastics Level 1: A dynamic class for boys aged 6+, focusing on basic gymnastics skills and strength-building activities.
• Beginner Tumbling: For kids aged 6+, this class teaches fundamental tumbling skills like rolls, cartwheels, and handstands.

These beginner classes are open to everyone—no prior experience or coach evaluation required. All that’s needed is a willingness to explore, learn, and have fun!

Does Your Student Have Prior Experience or Existing Skills? Get an Evaluation!

If your student has previous gymnastics experience or has been practicing at home, an evaluation is a great way to ensure they’re placed in the right class. Our experienced coaches will assess their abilities and recommend the best program to match their skill level. This ensures your student is appropriately challenged and engaged while staying safe.

Evaluations are available on a drop-in basis—just stop by the gym during our open hours and let the front desk know you’d like an evaluation.

Who Should Get an Evaluation?

• Students with gymnastics or tumbling experience.
• Students ready to move beyond beginner classes.
• Students aged 4-5 interested in advanced programs like Rising Stars or Tumble Stars.
