Preschool Gymnastics

Walking - 2 year olds is a parent/tot class for children once they begin walking up until they are 2 years old. This class is centered around entering the gymnastics world while interacting with other children, promoting early social and physical development. Students will participate in fun games and activities that will encourage them to work on sharing, coordination, and strength. This class is a great way for parent and child to bond!Each of our classes have a new curriculum every single week!

2 & 3 year old (parent/tot) is centered around age appropriate development of movements on the different gymnastics equipment. There is a strong emphasis on socialization, learning to take turns, sharing, and building self-confidence – all through fundamental gymnastics skills. Students will have the opportunity to try the bars, floor, beam, vault, trampoline, and more. This is the perfect opportunity for you to bond with your child!Each of our classes have a new curriculum every single week!

3 Year Olds (student only) will teach students to interact in a teacher/student setting without Mom or Dad. This program is structured to emphasize coordination, encourage imagination and fun, help in awareness, and most importantly developing self-confidence through learning fundamental basic gymnastics skills. Students will have the opportunity to learn on the bars, floor, beam, vault, trampoline, and more!Each of our classes have a new curriculum every single week!

4/5 year olds will help your child learn to achieve realistic goals in an independent setting. We will emphasize coordination, encourage imagination and fun, help in awareness, and most importantly develop self-confidence through fundamental gymnastics skills. Students will be encouraged and challenged to build upon their skills. They will have the opportunity to work on skills on the bars, floor, beam, vault, trampoline, and more!Each of our classes have a new curriculum every single week!
